What services do you offer?

At Bella Longevity Spa, we offer a variety of wellness
therapies designed to help you recover, recharge, and optimize your well-being.
Our services include Contrast Therapy, Hyperbaric Chamber, Compression Therapy,
Float Spa, BrainTap, and BioMat. These therapies support muscle recovery,
stress reduction, cognitive function, and overall relaxation.

How do your memberships work?

We offer several membership options, each designed to meet
different wellness needs. Memberships provide unlimited access to select
therapies and additional credits for specialized services like the Float Spa
and Hyperbaric Chamber. Our memberships include the Founding Members
Membership, Standard Wellness Membership, Premium Wellness Membership, and
Longevity Wellness Gold Membership. Each membership also comes with exclusive
perks and discounts on additional services.

I have a membership, how do I book an appointment?

If you have purchased a membership all you need to do is go
to the respective service that you want to book, select it, and find the
day/time that suits you best with the availability.

Why am I redirected to Momence when trying to purchase a membership or book anappointment?

We use Momence as our backend calendar to manage our
appointments and memberships. They are a stand-alone business that works with
many spas, pilates, yoga, and wellness centers across the United States.

Do you have an app where I can easily book an appointment?

Once you sign up for a membership or book an appointment for
a service we offer, you will be prompted to create an account. After you create
the account, you can download the Momence app from the respective phone provider
and your sign-in will be the email you used to create the membership and/or
book an appointment. You will see Bella Longevity in the offered businesses on
your profile and you will have direct access to quickly create your next
appointment.

Can I cancel my membership?

All memberships are a minimum 3-month subscription. After the initial 3 months, memberships can be canceled, but we require at least 30
days' notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellations after the billing
cycle deadline may incur charges, and no-shows may result in a fee or loss of
credits. Please refer to our Membership & Credit Policy for full details.

How do credits work?

Each month, you'll receive a set number of credits based on
your membership plan. These credits can be used for specialized services like
Float Spa sessions or combined therapies (e.g., BioMat + BrainTap). Credits do
not roll over and must be used within the month. You can also combine credits
for multiple services or use them for single therapies, depending on your
preference.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We occasionally offer promotional discounts, especially for
new members. Be sure to check our website or follow us on social media to stay
updated on the latest offers. Additionally, our referral program allows you to
earn a free month when a friend signs up for any membership.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes, appointments are recommended to ensure availability for
your preferred time. You can easily book your session through our website. For
any special requests or further inquiries, feel free to contact us directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 24
hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee and loss
